**Additional Charges:

Puamana Registration Fee:  $10/day - Maximum $100.00
Parking Fee:  First car free, second car $10 - two car maximum

For stays of less than seven (7) days OR any reduced rate a $250 cleaning
fee will be assessed.
                   
          Payment Policy:

50% deposit by check or money order is required within 10  days of  booking.   
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival

All reservations are subject to a $300 cancellation fee.  Cancellations                        
received within 60 days of arrival are subject to loss of deposit unless unit is            
 re-rented.
